Who The Heck Am I?

Hey, I’m Kevin! Back in 2003-12, I was working my back bag off, I'm sure we all were and still are.

During the day I was living on coffee , chocolate bars, chips and Hot Rods; that's a Slim Jim for you Americans.

I would come home after work and shovel dinner down my throat, perhaps a beverage or two and be destined for the couch, a little TV, and a nap. 

Pushing 220, I was suffering from a barking back, depression, extreme moodiness, not wanting to partake in activities outside of work, and dozing off at the wheel—I drove a lot, not a good combination.

I wasn’t even aware that I was tired all the time, low on energy, and fatigued; this never crossed my mind. I thought this was "normal". Ya know, the ol', this is what happens when one gets older.   

It wasn’t until I changed what I was fueling my body with that I actually felt energized, clear headed and revved up in the boudoir  that I  realized how tired and exhausted I actually had been.


Fast forward  a decade plus and I'm still raring to go.
